CHIMOL ASN is a surfactant that works on the emulsification of all natural fats and having an excellent cleaning action on the grain of the skins. It develops a low level of foam.
CHIMOL ASN can be used on all leather production stages. Its degreasing action
develops low amount of foam, therefore it is useful when an high beaten of the leathers and an high speed of the drums are required.
Despite its strong power, CHIMOL ASN acts without drying the grain or altering the leather’s natural touch, and therefore it’s suitable for high quality articles with perfect dye levelness and good mellowness of finished skins.
Recommended amounts for use vary from 0.5 %, when European or normally fat hides and skins are processed, up to 1 % when very fat hides such as Packer bovines have to be degreased.
