POLARFIX OP 185 is a ready-to-use water based topcoat with good dullness, good elasticity and average hardness. Its physical-mechanical fastness is excellent, with special regard to wet rub fastness.
POLARFIX OP 185 is used as final topcoat for upholstery leather and it confers a dry, slippery touch.
It is sprayed in quantity of about 3 – 4 g/square foot. The addition of polyisocyanate or polyaziridine imparts a further increase in physicalmechanical
fastness.
Leather finished with POLARFIX OP 185 can be tumbled overnight.
