POLARFIX LX 19 is a ready-to-use water based topcoat with a very good glossy effect. It forms a medium-soft film with good elasticity and tenacity and with excellent physicalmechanical fastness.
POLARFIX LX 19 has excellent hydrolyse resistances.
POLARFIX LX 19 is used as final topcoat for upholstery leather and, when added to protein fixing binders in quantities of between 20 – 40 %, it can also be used for finishing footwear or leather goods. It is applied by spraying.
The addition of isocyanate or aziridine gives a further increase in physical-mechanical fastness.
